The iLife iTeam will be the street team for iLife. A vital part of getting the word out about iLife’s website, events and special products. The iTeam will be responsible for attending events listed on the iLife calendar that are not FCU Team events to take pictures, pass out iLife items and promote iLife.

The iTeam will consist of ten to twelve individuals between the ages of 16 to 26. Each iTeam member will not be expected to attend each event. The events listed must be visited for a minimum of one hour by at least two iTeam representatives wearing iLife shirts. Pictures and/or video must be taken at the event and submitted to the credit union marketing department no more than two business days after the event.

iTeam members will volunteer for events they wish to attend and a master list of attendees will be kept by the credit union Marketing Department. The credit union will supply iLife materials, giveaways and a $25 VISA gift card to each iTeam member who is scheduled and attends the event. If the event is not visited the iTeam member will forfeit or return the gift card. iTeam members will not be considered Shell FCU employees.

The iLife iTeam will meet on a monthly basis at the Deer Park branch of Shell FCU to discuss upcoming events, visited events and share success stories. The meeting will be guided and structured by the Shell FCU Marketing Department. If an iTeam member misses more than two meetings in a row they will be excluded from the iTeam.

iTeam members will be representing Shell FCU and iLife at all events. They should act appropriately and respectfully protect the Shell FCU brand, name and reputation. Any iTeam member may be removed or replaced at the discretion of the Shell FCU Management at any time without notice or explanation. If the iTeam member is under 17 a onetime parental permission slip will be required from their parent or guardian. All iTeam members will sign a onetime hold harmless agreement to be kept on file.

To apply for the iTeam please submit your name, age, email, phone, and a 50 ‐200 word explanation about why you want to represent iLife through the iTeam in the form below.  Make sure you submit it before October 31, 2008.

The iTeam members will receive an email on November 3, 2008 with the date and time of the first iTeam meeting.
