Credit Card Scam video...
Kind of tacky to say the least...and disappointed...thinking Shell Federal Credit Union should have seen it this way as well.
You will do well in removing it. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Rafael Gonzales

Dear SFCU,
Thanks for asking...but the most obvious, there at the end, the foreign girl who lost her card and was given a rough time in having it replaced...what does this have to do with high interest rates and fine print???
Thanks again for asking...don't know if it really matters, but at least I tried.
Sincerely,
Rafael Gonzales

Thanks again for the note Rafael. We truly appreciate the conversation and feedback. That was just to highlight the difficulty some may face when traveling overseas with a credit card. For example, potentially losing the card or fighting fraud and ID theft. Please let us know if you have any other thoughts or questions. Thx again!
