Event - FREE Community Outreach Seminar

The Furthering Community Unity Team and Shell Federal Credit Union will be hosting a Community Outreach Seminar for free to our members and community. There will be guest speakers from various volunteer organizations to help you learn about the different types of organizations there are and the things they do in our community. This will be a FREE seminar and all ages are welcome. The seminar will be held on April 10th at Shell Federal Credit Union in Deer Park (301 E 13th St Deer Park, TX 77536) from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. If you are a parent of a student, a student or a community member wanting to find a way give back; please join us for this fun and informational seminar. We look forward to seeing you there!

When: Saturday, February 4th Time: 11:00 - 2:00 Where: Pasadena Animal Shelter 5150 Burke Rd Pasadena, Tx 77504 Other Notes: Come join us in helping walk and bathe the animals at the Pasadena Animal Shelter. It will be a fun and interactive opportunity to connect with the four legged friends of our community who need just a bit of friendly petting and playing. **Ages 4 to 14 years must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18. You must wear jeans and closed toed shoes.**

Event – Toys For Tots Wrapping

When: December 15-17 Wrapping and December 24 Delivering

Time: December 15-17: 6:30pm. December 24: 9am

Where: 1001 Shaw Ave #100B, Pasadena, TX

Other Notes: PVFD Toys for Tots helps families in the city of Pasadena be able to celebrate Christmas and have gifts to open on Christmas morning. There are hundreds of families and gifts needing to be helped and wrapped. If you help wrap and want to be a part of the delivery you will be assigned with a fire truck and follow the truck and Santa and deliver the gifts to the families Christmas Eve morning.
